Chris Jordan

Hey! I’m Chris.

My entire life has revolved around athletics and sports. I was an athlete my whole life and, when my playing career ended, stopped moving, got stiff, slow, and packed on the pounds. I realized it didn’t have to be this way and I’ve spent the last decade doing something about it. I’ve helped over 1000 athletes achieve their physical fitness goals in-person and online, working with middle school athletes all the way up to division 1 stars, and transitioning those athletes to an active, healthy life after sports.

I’ve spent my professional career studying, seeking out top mentors and implementing a well-rounded athletic development program for people of all ages, helping them get out of pain, move and look better than they ever have, and still be strong and capable inside the gym.
