Hey! I’m Chris.

I’ve always been an athlete, from middle school days playing lacrosse up to the collegiate level to competing in Olympic weightlifting after my scholastic athletic career was cut short due to injury. Since then, I’ve competed in CrossFit, half-marathons, Spartan races, 5ks, powerlifting and more.

Since 2016, I’ve been helping hundreds of clients do the same. My fitness philosophy is simple - let’s use the gym to help you thrive in the activities you love outside of it.

When you work with me, we’re a team. Not only do you get custom workout programming in-person with an expert eye, I’m also here to support you outside of our gym sessions. Daily check-ins, mobility exercises, nutrition guidance and even supplemental workouts are all available depending on your goals.

Your health and fitness are in good hands. I am a:

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

  • USA weightlifting level 2 coach

  • NASM certified personal trainer

  • Graduate of the OPEX CCP Program

  • ALTIS Performance Therapy certified

  • And have worked with 1000+ athletes of all ages in-person and online!
